  Photography artist Joanne Bernardini entered the Southern New Jersey art scene in the Spring of 2008. Since then she has experienced widespread success winning awards in multiple competitions across the area. Her colorful works capture the interest of the viewer, drawing them into the scene. An avid photographer from a very early age she has spent the last two years studying advanced computer digital media and management programs necessary to create and promote photography in todays modern art world.

  She was honored to be selected as the first featured artist to show her work at the Ocean City Fine Art Leagues new gallery Art on Asbury in March 2008.

April 2008- First place in the photography category at the Hammonton Arts Center's Annual Juried Photography Show.
June 2008-Third place for photography at the Avalon Performing Arts Council Art Show and Sale
July 2008- Selected to exhibit in Hammonton Art Center Members Invitational Show
August 2008 - Second Place for photography in the Galloway Cultural Arts Center's Second Annual Mayors Art Awards for World Travel
September 2008- Noyes Museum Exhibit- HAC Members Invitational Show
October 2008- Noyes Museum Exhibit- Galloway Cultural Arts Center Show
Feb 2009- Second Place Ocean City Fine Arts League Juried Photography Show- "New Beginnings"
March 2009- Honorable Mention Hammonton Arts Center Women in The Arts Competition
